Welcome to La Verne Strength & Conditioning.  The overall performance of the Leopard athletic program is directly influenced by the training methods and philosophy of ULV Strength & Conditioning program.  Coach Matt Durant directs the Strength & Conditioning program while also supervising the ULV Fitness Center.  The disciplined and intense workouts have enhanced the performance of several La Verne athletics.
