For deferments, the university is now part of the National Clearinghouse. The Office of the Registrar automatically notifies the National Clearinghouse of a student’s enrollment status, after the drop deadline of every semester/term. It is the responsibility of the lender to contact the National Clearinghouse for the most current information on each student.
To request an enrollment verification to be sent out to a company, other than a lending institution, please download the Deferment/Enrollment Request Form form. **Note: This form is not be used for Degree Verifications**
National Student Clearinghouse is now authorized to provide degree and enrollment verifications on behalf of the University. If you are an employer or background screening firm, please contact the Clearinghouse for all verifications. The National Student Clearinghouse can be contacted at:
